By downloading or using any OctiCorp application or visiting this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of Our Products

OctiCorp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
  • Resell or sublicense access to our products

Subscriptions & Purchases

Some of our apps offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by Apple's standard terms. We offer free trials where noted — cancelling before the trial ends will not incur a charge.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software produced by OctiCorp is our exclusive property. The OctiCorp name, logo, and product names are trademarks of OctiCorp and may not be used without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

Content you create within our apps (recordings, notes, lists, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. By using our apps, you grant us no rights to your content beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctiCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or inability to use them.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
